Your guests judge your listing in the first 30 seconds. A consistent, reliable team that knows your property means every stay starts the same way — with a clean your guests notice and review.
Every turnover covers the same complete scope — so your listing stays at the standard that earns five-star reviews.
Your team learns your property — how you like it staged, where things go, what matters to your guests. No briefing required after the first visit.
We're a real team, not a gig marketplace. When you book a slot, it's covered. No scrambling for a replacement the morning before check-in.
Checkout at 11am, check-in at 3pm — we work within those windows. Share your booking calendar and we'll schedule around it automatically.
If a guest leaves damage or extra mess, we document it with photos and contact you immediately — before the next guest arrives.
"I have two units in the Plateau. Re-Fresh handles both. I haven't had to think about turnovers in over a year — they just happen, and my guest reviews mention cleanliness every single time."

Yes. We're experienced with tight same-day turnovers. Share your booking calendar and we'll schedule around checkout and check-in times — same-day turnovers are something we do regularly for Montreal hosts.
Linen supply is the host's responsibility. We change and make beds with your provided linens as part of every turnover. If you'd like help sourcing a linen service, we can point you in the right direction.
Lockbox codes, smart locks, or key handoffs all work. We coordinate directly with you — not your guests — and you stay in control of access at all times.
We document it immediately with photos and contact you before we leave. Extra cleanup time is billed at an agreed rate — nothing hidden. You decide whether to charge it back through Airbnb's resolution system.
We can check levels and report what needs restocking. If you leave a supply cache at the property, we'll replenish from it during each turnover. Direct stocking orders are the host's responsibility.
